7 DAYS WOMEN ONLY SAFARI

PRICE:  $3 050 p/person sharing twin room

Single supplement in own room $350

This is a safari holiday with a difference, because as well as including safaris in four Tanzanian national parks , you will also deliver supplies to a local school, and visit a small town.

This is a women-only tour and you’ll make fantastic friends in your small group. This tour celebrates local women and empowers them in their communities, by supporting them through charity and through supporting their businesses.

You’ll see the famous Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti National Park, but you’ll get to discover lesser-known places like Tarangire National Park, which, despite being on the wildebeest migration route, with a high concentration of wildlife, is rarely visited.

In addition to five days of safari drives, you will have a day visiting local communities. You’ll first visit a remote local school and make a delivery of sanitary pads. Then you’ll get to tour a small town by tuk tuk – the way that locals get around. You’ll stop at the town’s markets, a banana plantation, and have lunch with people from the community. There are 120 tribes in the area, and travelling even in a small town you’ll get an idea of the diverse residents of Tanzania, the second most culturally diverse nation in the world.
